1313.01 REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

   No general building contractor or plumbing, electrical, heating, piping, sewer building, air conditioning, refrigeration, masonry, landscaping, paving, cement or cement finishing, aluminum siding, roofing or tree trimming/removal contractor, shall perform any work within the City without first obtaining a certificate of registration from the Building Commissioner.
