1311.99 PENALTY.

Any contractor who performs work without a permit as required under this chapter, or any owner or tenant of land who performs his own work without a permit as required under this chapter, shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars ($200.00). Each full day's violation of this chapter shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
