1311.26 STATE SURCHARGE.

       The Building Commissioner is hereby authorized and directed commencing July 5, 1993, to collect and remit on behalf of the Board of Building Standards an assessment equal to three percent (3%) of the prescribed building permit fees as required by Senate Bill 359 and Ohio Administrative Code 4101:2-1-50, with a flat rate of fifty dollars ($50.00) for processing and handling.
