1311.18 REINSPECTIONS; BUILDING INSPECTION FEES.

      (a)    When an inspection is requested and is made with respect to any of the foregoing, and the work is found to be either incomplete or not in conformity with this Building Code or for variance with the specifications and plans, a charge of thirty dollars ($30.00) shall be made for each re-inspection further necessary.

   (b)    The fee for inspection services rendered by the Building Commissioner or Building Inspector on any type of improvements, including subdivision improvements, performed in the City, including but not limited to inspections of sanitary sewers, water or storm sewer improvements, gas lines, underground telephone conduit, paving and sidewalk construction, or any other inspections shall be at the rate of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per hour for inspection services so rendered.
