1311.13 CURB CUTTING FEES.

    Curb cutting, lowering or removing permit:

      (a)    New work:

 

(1) Minimum fee	$75.00
(2) Fee, per ft. of curb	5.00

 

   (b) Widening previous cuts:

 

 

(1) Minimum fee	50.00
(2) Fee, per ft. of curb	5.00

   (c)    All curbs removed shall be removed by the

      permittee at his expense. Their curb permit

      fees listed above shall be in addition to the

            actual cost of any work of curb cutting,

            lowering or removal which might be done by

            the City. In such instances the City would

            be reimbursed at cost, in addition to fees

            therefor.
