(a)    For each central residential heating system	$200.00 per dwelling
(1)    Residential additions and                         alterations	100.00 plus                         5.00 per 100 sq. ft.
(b) For each residential replacement system	75.00 per dwelling
(c) For each commercial or industrial system	300.00 per building
(d) For each air conditioning system
(1) Residential	30.00 per ton
(2) Commercial	50.00 per ton
(e) For each residential supplemental system	50.00
