(a)    Sewers - New Work.	Permit Fee
(1)    For each permit to make new sewer          connections, including laying of sewers          thereto up to 200 ft.	$100.00
(2)    For each additional 100 ft. of sewers          or fraction thereof	20.00
(b)    Sewers - Alterations or Repairs.
(1)    For each permit to alter or repair existing          sewer system up to 100 ft.	75.00
(2)    For each additional 100 ft. of sewer          or fraction thereof	10.00
(3)    For each permit to install residential          waterproofing	100.00
