1305.03 DEFINITIONS.

(a) Building Official. In such Code, where the term "Building Official" is used, the same shall refer to the Building Commissioner of Highland Heights.

(b) Board of Building Code Appeals. In such Code, where the term "Board of Building Code Appeals" is used, the same shall refer to the Planning and Zoning Commission of Highland Heights.

(c) Municipality. In such Code, when the term "Municipality" is used, the same shall refer to the City of Highland Heights.

(d) City of Highland Heights. The name "City of Highland Heights" is inserted in any and all blank spaces provided in such Code for the name of the municipality adopting such Code. Words and terms used in such Code shall be construed to mean the words, terms and titles applicable to the City of Highland Heights.
