1305.01 ONE, TWO AND THREE FAMILY DWELLING CODE ADOPTED.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3781.10(H) and 3791, there is hereby adopted by and for the City of Highland Heights, the most recent version of the Residential Code of Ohio as adopted by the Board of Building Standards for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings which shall be designated for the “Highland Heights One, Two and Three Family Dwelling Code.”
