1301.04 ENFORCEMENT.

(a) The Building Official shall enforce all the provisions of the 2005 OBC relating to construction, arrangement, and erection of all buildings or parts thereof including fire protection as defined in the 2005 OBC.

(b) The Fire Marshal or Fire Chief shall enforce all provisions of the 2002 OBC relating to fire prevention as defined in the 2005 OBC.
