1163.09 SEPARABILITY.

   Each of the standards, specifications, requirements, prohibitions, procedures, sections, regulations and other provisions contained in these Subdivision Regulations is hereby declared to be separate and independent of all other such provisions, and the holding of any one or more of such provisions to be unconstitutional, or void or unenforceable for any other reason, shall not affect or render void or unenforceable any other such provision of these Subdivision Regulations.
