1163.02 INTERPRETATION.

The provisions of these Subdivision Regulations shall be interpreted and applied to carry out their purposes, which are, among others, to protect the public health, safety, morals and welfare; to provide for sanitary sewage disposal and water systems and storm and flood drainage; to provide for safe streets; to prevent indiscriminate development of the City without public services and to provide for the orderly wholesome subdivision and development of the City.
