1123.16 YARDS FOR INSTITUTIONS.

   Institutional buildings, public or semipublic permitted in residential districts, shall have front and rear yards as required for buildings in the specific residential district in which they are located. Their side yards, depending upon the type of institution, shall not be less than as follows: schools, colleges, community centers, hospitals, churches, libraries, museums or other institutions shall be located a distance at least two and one-fourth times the building height from each side lot line.
