1123.09 MAIN BUILDINGS PERMITTED ON ZONING LOT.
   There shall be not more than one one-family or one two-family dwelling located on a zoning lot. No dwelling shall be located to the rear of any building on the same lot. However, where several lots are utilized and with the consent of the Building Commissioner, with the approval of the Commission, there may be more than one multi-family dwelling on a zoning lot.
   In addition there may be one or more accessory buildings on the same zoning lot with the main building in any residential district, provided such accessory building is constructed concurrent with or subsequent to the main building and further provided that same to not encroach upon any required side or front yard.
