1113.16 LANDSCAPE AND TRAFFIC FEATURES.

   The Commission, upon making various determinations, shall endeavor to assure safety and convenience of traffic movements within the area in question, in relation to its access streets and between such area and contiguous neighborhoods, and may require the provision of landscaping, walls, fences or screening and its maintenance, to further the purpose of this Zoning Code.
