   1105.01 COMPLIANCE PROCEDURE.
   Compliance with the provisions of this Zoning Code shall be obtained by the following procedures:
   (a)    Zoning clearance.
      (1)    Conditional use permit (when applicable).
      (2)    Determination of similar uses (when applicable).
   (b)    Building permit.
   (c)    Certificate of occupancy. (Ord. 21-1963. Passed 7-9-63.)
