927.26 ANNUAL REPORTS.

Grantee shall submit a written end of the year report to Grantor with respect to the preceding calendar year within one hundred twenty (120) days of the end of that year containing a summary of the previous year's activities in the development of the Cable System, including, but not limited to, services begun or discontinued during the reporting year and improvements to the System. (Ord. 4-1997. Passed 11-11-97.)
