927.09 PURCHASE BY CITY.

(a) Grantor may, at any time, offer to purchase Grantee's Cable System for the same consideration and other terms it is willing to accept from any person. The Grantee shall have 30 days from receipt of the offer from Grantor within which to accept the offer.

(b) In any case where the Grantor elects to purchase the System, the purchase shall be closed within 60 days of the date of Grantor's audit of a current profit and loss statement of the Grantee. (Ord. 4-1997. Passed 11-11-97.)
