927.05 TERM OF THE FRANCHISE.

(a) A Franchise granted hereunder shall be for a term established in the Franchise Agreement, commencing on the effective date of an ordinance or resolution authorizing the Franchise.

(b) A Franchise granted hereunder may be renewed upon application by the Grantee pursuant to the provisions of applicable State and federal law and of this chapter.
