921.04 CONCESSIONS.

The Mayor is hereby authorized, after advertising for bids as required by law, to enter into a contract with the highest and best bidder for the sale of food and beverages in the Community Park. The advertisement for bids shall solicit the services of a concessionaire who shall provide the equipment, personnel and merchandise to operate a concession stand that is either stationary or a component part of a motor vehicle. Such bids shall specify the percentage of gross income to be paid to the Municipality as a concession fee.
