921.01 NAMING AND DEDICATION.

   (a)    The Highland Heights Community Park is hereby officially designated as the name of the recreational park of the City of Highland Heights.

   (b)    The Highland Heights Community Park is hereby dedicated to the welfare and enjoyment of the residents of this community and their guests, and all residents are invited to participate in the park by any lawful and proper use.

   (c)   All rules and regulations set forth in this chapter shall also apply to Whiteford Park and any other park within the City limits. (Ord. 27-2009. Passed 2-23-10.)
