917.15 NONLIABILITY OF CITY.

Nothing in Section 917.14 shall be deemed to impose any liability upon the City or upon any of its officers or employees, for injury or damage to persons or property, with regard to the trees planted in the program, nor to relieve the owner and occupant of the property from the duty to keep the trees under his control in a safe condition.
