917.03 MASTER STREET TREE PLAN ADOPTED.

   (a)    There is hereby adopted for the Municipality a Master Street Tree Plan public document showing varieties or species of all trees to be planted in the public right of way of all streets within the Municipality. Such plan is contained under separate cover attached to this chapter and incorporated in this chapter by reference as if fully set forth herein.

   (b)    No person shall hereafter plant, transplant or move any public tree on or to any street of the Municipality except to a location where it will be in conformation to the Master Street Tree Plan and the species or variety therein designated. (Ord. 48-1967. Passed 9-26-67.)

   (c)    The Mayor is hereby authorized to make changes to the Master Street Tree Plan by way of amendment, deletion or addition to the listing of street names, authorized trees, spacing and minimum planting size.
