913.07 CHAPTER APPLICATION.

This chapter shall not apply to improvements made as part of a subdivision pursuant to the Subdivision Regulations (Chapter 1161 et seq. of the Codified Ordinances) or made pursuant to a contract with the Municipality or by Cuyahoga County. No permit shall be issued pursuant to this chapter if to do so would allow avoidance of the provisions of the Subdivision Regulations (Chapter 1161 et seq.).
