913.04 PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS; SUBMISSION AND APPROVAL.

(a) The applicant shall also submit with his application a set of plans and specifications for the improvement which the Building Commissioner shall forward to the Engineer.

(b) The Engineer shall approve such improvement plans and specifications if he finds that they comply with the applicable specifications set forth in the Subdivision Regulations (Chapter 1161 et seq. of the Codified Ordinances), or where inapplicable, that they comply with accepted engineering principles and standards, and shall not be detrimental or injurious to the property of any other person affected thereby.
