910.06 NOTICE OF ESTIMATE OF ASSESSMENTS; OBJECTION.

(a) The Clerk of Council shall cause a notice to be published for three consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the Municipality stating that a list of estimated assessments has been made and is on file in the office of the Clerk of Council for the inspection and examination of persons interested therein.

(b) If any person objects to an assessment on such list, he or she shall file his objection in writing with the Clerk of Council within two weeks after the expiration of the notice provided in this section.
