909.04 INSPECTION AND APPROVAL BY ENGINEER.

Prior to the issuance of a permit by the Service Director, the Engineer shall inspect the premises to be improved, shall determine the grade level and location of such sidewalk improvement, and shall provide the applicant with specifications for the construction of such improvement. The Engineer shall periodically inspect the construction of the sidewalk improvement, and shall, upon its completion, signify his acceptance of the improvement by written statement to the Service Director.
