909.03 FEE FOR LINE AND GRADE SETTINGS.
Where it is determined by the Engineer that it is necessary to establish line and grade settings, an additional fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) is hereby established. Such fee shall be paid at the time that application is made, and is in addition to the permit fee as provided for in Section 909.02.
