909.01 PERMIT APPLICATION INFORMATION.

An application for a permit shall be required of an owner of property who desires to construct a sidewalk improvement in relation to his property within the public right of way. Such application shall contain the name and address of the applicant, a brief description of the improvement to be made and the approximate date of completion of such improvement.
