733.09 PRESCRIBING METHODS WHERE PROVISIONS INEFFECTIVE.

If the provisions of this chapter cannot be applied, or if applied would be ineffective in carrying out the protection which this chapter is meant to give, then the Building Commissioner, the Fire Chief and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources may designate the method to be used.
