733.04 PLUGGING PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person shall plug a gas or oil well within the City without first securing a plugging permit to do so. For each well to be plugged, an application for a plugging permit shall be made to the Building Department. No plugging permit shall be issued until it has been approved in writing by both the Building Commissioner and Fire Chief. The permit fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per well.
