731.02 PERMIT APPLICATION, FEE AND TERM.

   Prior to the issuance of each permit, the applicant shall furnish the make, model and serial number of the vehicle to be used and the name, address and telephone number of the owner and operator of such vehicle. A permit shall be required for each and every vehicle that will be used to plow snow from private driveways within the City even if any person, firm or corporation has more than one such vehicle intended for use within the City. The applicant shall furthermore provide the addresses for each private driveway he will be plowing during the effective period of the permit. Each applicant shall pay the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) for each permit for each vehicle. Each permit shall remain in effect from October 15 to April 15 of each year. (Ord. 66-1982. Passed 9-28-82.)
