719.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). Each day during which the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to the aforesaid penalty, the Mayor is hereby authorized to revoke the licenses held by any person who has violated any provision of this chapter.
