719.10 MINORS PLAYING OR PATRONIZING.

   (a)    No person or keeper or the agent of the owner or keeper of a mechanical or electromechanical amusement device or pinball machine usable as a game or for a contest shall permit such mechanical or electromechanical amusement device or pinball machine usable as a game or for a contest to be played by any minor under the age of eighteen years, unless such minor is accompanied by his or her parent, legal guardian or an adult person in charge of such minor.

   (b)    The licensee shall not admit any person under the age of majority to any business as defined in Section 719.09, unless accompanied by and in direct personal charge of his or her parents, legal guardian or an adult person in charge of such minor.
