719.08 GIVING OF PRIZES OR AWARDS.

No person shall, by himself, by another person or otherwise, directly or indirectly, give any prize, award, merchandise, gift or anything of value to any player, or to any operator of any mechanical or electromechanical amusement device, or to any contestant for a high score on the device.
