719.04 EXHIBITOR'S LICENSE ISSUANCE, FEE AND TERM.

   Upon the approval of an application and upon the payment of the annual license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per mechanical or electromechanical amusement device, a license to display one mechanical or electromechanical amusement device shall be issued to the applicant. Such license fee shall be for the fiscal year beginning January 1 of the calendar year or for any unexpired portion of any such fiscal year. Such license shall entitle the licensee therein named to display at or upon the premises therein described one mechanical or electromechanical device. (Ord. 16-1976. Passed 4-13-76.)
