711.02 SEANCES FOR A FEE PROHIBITED.

No person, firm, corporation or unincorporated association shall charge a fee for conducting, within the City the practice of communicating, attempting to communicate or pretending to communicate with departed spirits in a ritual generally referred to as "seances". (Ord. 29-1980. Passed 5-27-80.)
