709.18 STORAGE OF DEVICES CAPABLE OF CAUSING FIRE.

No motor vehicle or other device which may cause or communicate fire, not necessary for patient or resident treatment or care, shall be stored within a nursing home or boarding care home. All such devices and materials necessary for use within the building shall be used with reasonable care for safety from fire and by trained personnel.
