709.03 SUBMISSION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.

Plans and specifications covering the construction of new buildings, additions to existing buildings or alterations to existing buildings shall be submitted by any applicant for a building permit for a nursing or boarding care home to the State Fire Marshal for review and approval with respect to compliance with the fire protection standards.
