705.04 CEMETERIES PROHIBITED.

(a) No person, firm or corporation shall establish, maintain and/or operate or enlarge within the Municipality a cemetery for the burial or interment of dead bodies, whether animal or human.

(b) Any person, firm or corporation who operates or attempts to operate a cemetery in the Municipality and/or permits the burial or interment of dead bodies therein, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

Each burial or interment shall constitute a separate offense.
