705.01 HOURS OF MEETINGS, PICNICS AND GATHERINGS.

   (a)    "Operator", as used herein, means any person, corporation or association or the owner, lessor, agent or other person, corporation or association in charge of any lot, piece or parcel of land within the Municipality, which is used for the purpose of holding meetings, picnics or other gatherings by any society, association, fraternal organization or group of persons.

   (b)    No operator shall allow or permit any society, association, fraternal organization or group of persons to hold any meeting, picnic or other gathering on such land between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. on any day of the week.
