549.13 SLINGSHOT, BOW AND ARROW OR SIMILAR DEVICE.

(a) No person shall recklessly, by hand or by means of a slingshot, bow or other similar device, throw, shoot, cast or sling any stone, arrow, pellet or other similar missile.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
