   523.99 PENALTY.
   (a)    Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
   (b)    The use or storage of each gallon of PCB or individual PCB device shall constitute a separate offense for each location at which such PCB or PCB device or devices are used or stored.
   (c)    Each day's violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
