523.01 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following words shall have the following definitions ascribed to them respectively:

   (a)    "PCB" means polychlorinated biphenyls or any chemical substance that is limited to the biphenyl molecule that has been chlorinated to varying degrees or any combination of substances or mixture which contains chlorinated biphenyl molecules and which contains fifty parts per million on a dry weight basis of polychlorinated biphenyls.

   (b)   "PCB device" means any device which contains three pounds or more of PCB, and includes capacitors and transformers.

   (c)    "Person" means any natural or legally created artificial person including any individual, corporation, partnership or association.
