505.13 BIRD SANCTUARY.

(a) The entire corporate area of the City is hereby designated as a bird sanctuary. No person shall trap or molest in any manner any bird or wild fowl or rob the nest of any bird or wild fowl.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
