377.07 RECKLESS OPERATION, CONTROL AND SPEED.

   No person shall operate a motorized bicycle:

   (a)    Without both hands upon the handle grips except when necessary to give the required hand and arm signals or as provided in Section 377.04(d).

   (b)    At a speed greater than is reasonable and prudent under conditions then existing.

   (c)    Without exercising reasonable and ordinary control over such motorized bicycle.

   (d)    In a weaving or zigzag course unless such irregular course is necessary for safe operation in compliance with law. (Ord. 44-1984. Passed 7-24-84.)
