377.03 TRAFFIC CODE APPLICATION.

   Every person operating a motorized bicycle shall be granted all of the rights and shall be subject to all of the duties applicable to the driver of other motor vehicles by the laws of this State, or by the traffic ordinances of the City of Highland Heights applicable to the drivers of other motor vehicles, except as to special regulations which, by their nature, can have no application.
