   (a)   Bicycles, Tricycles and Motorcycles. Whoever violates any provision of this chapter involving a bicycle, motorized bicycle or tricycle is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Whoever violates any provision of this chapter involving a motorcycle is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
