   373.09 AGE MINIMUM FOR RIDING IN STREET.
   (a)    No bicyclist or bicyclist under the age of eleven years shall operate a bicycle or tricycle on a street.
   (b)    No person under the age of eleven years shall ride a bicycle or tricycle across or through any intersection. Such intersections are to be crossed by walking the bicycle or tricycle across or through the intersection. (Ord. 11-1974. Passed 3-26-74.)
