351.21 OUT-OF-REPAIR, DISMANTLED OR UNLICENSED MOTOR VEHICLES.

   No person, firm or corporation shall park, store or permit to be parked or stored, for a period of more than twenty-four hours, any motor vehicle not having current year license plates and/or a motor vehicle that is damaged, dismantled or out-of-repair so as to render it incapable of being moved under its own power, upon any lot or land designated as within the boundaries of a One Family Residential District, as the same is defined in the Zoning Code of these Codified Ordinances, unless the same shall be in a completely enclosed building or garage. Each twenty-four hour period during which such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
